Growing Brains & Communities
BDNFit was founded in part because of a shortage of alcohol-free social fitness clubs. Instead of beer runs, we have coffee, cacao, tea, and juice "by the trail" challenges to complete on your own time, in your area. It is a free virtual club for people interested in optimizing brain health. Family and friends are welcome to join.
