We are putting together a training plan to meet you where you are at now.
When: Starting Saturday, September 11 will be an informational meeting at 7:30am and 5k at 8am. Every Saturday at 7:30, 5K at 8am
Where: By the Dog Park: 405 Rufe Snow Dr, Keller, TX 76248
Every Sunday we will email out your weekly plan.
Our first goal race will be the October 31 Arlington 5k

Sat- 6 :30 AM Saturdays are for long runs, or just shaking out a few miles. Join Bear Creek Run Club on facebook for weekly 10 mile routes.
