A fun, supportive beginning running program! This 10 week walk/run program is designed to prepare you to complete a 5K!
Includes:
· 10 week training plan
· Coach led group runs on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6PM - Meet at Queen City Running Co.
· Paid entry for the Foster Care 5K - Saturday June 20, 2020
· $20 off regular priced footwear at Queen City Running Co.
· Group T-shirt
