💥 Catch the energy, feel the mission—watch our race promo now!
The Stroke Recovery Program (SRP) at Hackensack Meridian Health JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute provides patient-centered care, combined with cutting-edge technologies, to guide stroke survivors in achieving maximum recovery and living the most fulfilling life possible after a stroke.
Accordingly, our SRP Research strives to improve the standards of clinical care at a national level by demonstrating to insurance companies and healthcare policymakers the benefits of integrating modified medically supervised cardiac rehabilitation into stroke recovery.
Built from the ground up, our research study has grown into what it is today thanks to the hard work of all the individuals who have stepped in the shoes of our SRP Research Assistant (RA) position. We're proud that the legacy left behind by our lineage of RA's is one of excellence—our team puts their hearts on the line for every stroke patient we have the privilege of approaching!
In this year's 2025 Miles for Minds community fundraiser, proceeds of the event will support the JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute at JFK University Medical Center. From our world-renowned Center for Brain Injuries to life-saving programs such as Stroke and Cardiac Rehabilitation, the funds raised will be used to advance patient care across our full spectrum of rehabilitation services by supporting equipment, research, staff training, and facility upgrades.
Please consider donating to our team! Any amount can make a big difference in the lives of patients and families.
Sincerely,
The SRP Stroke-HEART™ Squad ♡
