Nationwide Children's Hospital Columbus Marathon & 1/2 Marathon, Jesse Owens 5K, 1 Mile & Kids Run

Dear Family and Friends,

When I started my weightloss journey, I had no idea the impact it would have. Not just on me, but others around me. And now I have the opportunity to impact more people in a huge way. I will be running the Nationwide Children's Hospital Marathon in October and am excited to announce that I have decided to participate as a Children's Champion to fundraise for the hospital. A lot has happened over the past couple of years and the hospital and the patients they treat still need our support. Now, more than ever, the dollars we raise are critical. 

My personal fundraising goal for this program is $262, 10 dollars for every mile I will be running. Any contribution you can make is greatly appreciated and will make a difference in the lives of children and families worldwide. Nationwide Children's Hospital is proud to treat patients from 50 states and over 60 countries.

Nationwide Children's Hospital has always held a special place in my heart ever since the first time I visited as a prospective occupational therapy student. It is amazing to have such a wonderful facility so close to my home. But many who need the hospitals services are not local or able to get the care needed. So I have decided to do my part to make as much of an impact as possible.
