FREEDOM 5K & 1 MILE RUN/WALK

The Poteet Rotary Club and TRiCiTy Road Warriors invite you to join them in kicking off the 4th of July weekend with the FREEDOM 5K & 1 MILE RUN/WALK at the Poteet Strawberry Festival Grounds in  Poteet, Texas. It is a Family Friendly event.  Its FITNESS made FUN. Exercise is food for the overall Physical, Spiritual and Emotional Health. 

This event will have vendors selling merchandise, food trucks with yummilious eats, giveaways and more.  Help make this event a huge success and support small local businesses. 

EVENT DETAILS:

Packet Pickup—Friday, July 1, 2022 6:00-7:30 p.m.  Backyard Kitchen in Poteet, Texas  

Packet Pickup & Day of Registration: Saturday, July 2, 2022 from 6:00-7:00 a.m.

EVENT FEES: - No Refunds
$30.00 from, (ages 18-70+) June 1-June 23, 2022 and Kids (ages 5-17) $25.00

Late Registration is $35.00 from June 24-July 2, 2022.  Kids (5-17) $25.00

AWARD CEREMONY to follow immediately after the FINISH of the FREEDOM 5K.  

AWARDS
Kid division Top 3 Age group (5-17)
Wheelchair division Top 3-5K Finishers.

AWARDS to the Top 5 Male/5 Female Finishers ages (18-70+)

MEDALS:
 First 100 5K &1 Mile Participants to CROSS the Finish line will get Finishers Medals.  You must START AND FINISH YOUR EVENT. THE MEDAL IS EARNED. 

T-SHIRTS:
 First 100 Registered participants will get an event Shirt. However to be guaranteed your Shirt size you must register by June 18, 2022.
