Due to the unfavorable weather forecast, concern for the safety of the competitors, the quality of the course, and the long-term viability of the North American Vasa, it is with great regret that we must cancel all races of the 48th Annual North American Vasa. The North American Vasa has adopted, as stated in registration, a no refund policy. This policy is to protect the non-profit organization's sustainability. However, due to the understandable disappointment of a canceled race, we are extending a short window of refunds by request. To request a refund, you must reply to today’s registration email by Sunday Feb 18th or log in to your account and press refund. All other registrations will be considered a donation. We appreciate your continued support and thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We look forward to the North American Vasa return in 2025. LET IT SNOW!
To process a refund, follow these steps.
-Sign In to RunSignUp
-Go to your Profile
-Click Manage Registration next to the registration that you would like to request a refund.
-Click the Request Refund menu item
-Follow the provided steps and continue
Once processed your refund will be applied back towards the original card that was used for your registration. This should post within 5 business days of the refund request. If you do not see this refund as being credited to your account within that time frame please contact finance@runsignup.com.
