Description
The All Access Pass provides easy entry into ALL owned Silver Circle events for one low price. Over $1,000 in race value, 40+ races and no waiting in line! Yep, no waiting in line! Ever!
All owned Silver Circle events are included and all new 2024 events are included*! Client events are not included, but we do have limited available for those. Just ask and if there is room, you can run those as well. That is over 100 events! You can find a list of owned events on our event schedule. There is a column that indicates if it is eligible for the All Access Pass.
*The Lake Country Tri is not included, but you can register for it at a discounted rate.
How It Works
- Select the distance you most frequently run. You can always switch distances for each individual event.
- Sign up for the All Access Pass, and we will automatically register you for all SCSE owned races.
- Just show up for the race you want to run. If we register you for a race and you don't show up, no worries.
- You will receive a reusable ankle chip. No waiting in line!
- Participants are eligible for age group medals, series awards & all finisher medals. Does not include shirts, but if there are shirts left after the race, you are welcome to one.
- The entries are good from November 1, 2023 through October 31, 2024.
You can literally show up 5 minutes before a race, get in line and race!
What Isn't Included
- Lake Country Tri - there will be an option to purchase it at a discount during registration.
- Registrations cannot be deferred or transferred to another runner.
- Individual race T-shirts
- Third party races. Check our event schedule for a complete list of included races. Look at the far right column for included events.
Timing
You will receive a reusable ankle strap with a timing chip in it. This will be your timing chip for the entire year. At the end of the year, we will collect the chip. There is a $30.00 replacement fee is the chip is lost or not returned.
Let Us Do The Math For You
If you run a few races a year, this is not for you. It is a great deal if you run more than 13 races OR hate standing in line! It also includes some of our more expensive races + all those races we are working on behind the scenes.
The Fine Print
This registration option is for one person. You cannot register, and transfer your registration or have your "friend" use your chip. If you are found doing this, we will do the same thing we do with bandits. Ban them for life.
FAQ
What distance should I sign up for?
Sign up for the distance you will run most frequently.
Can I switch distances?
Of course a horse is a horse of course.
Do I get a shirt?
Nope. That is one of the ways we keep the price down. However, you are welcome to one after the race.
When will I get my ankle strap?
You can pick it up at the first race you run in November.
I want a bib!
We get it. People like to record their times on their bibs and hang them up. We have bibs without chips that you are welcome to have.
If I can't make a race, can I give my chip to someone.
Nope. Doing so will result in a lifetime ban. Seriously.
I don't see all the upcoming races in my Runsignup.com profile?
No worries. We typically add All Access Pass holders to individual races a couple weeks before the race.
