🎄 Books & Bells 5K & 1-Mile Walk 🎅

Join us for a festive community tradition in the making — the Books & Bells 5K and 1-Mile Walk! Lace up your running shoes, grab your Santa hat, and help us take another step toward establishing the Fisher Community Library.
This fun, family-friendly Christmas-themed event invites participants of all ages to dress up in their holiday best — from elves and reindeer to Santas and snowflakes! The race will begin and end at the Fisher Community Center, where the celebration continues with hot chocolate, candy canes, photos with Santa, and plenty of holiday cheer.

The 1 mile walk will begin at the Community center, head north on 2nd St to Front St. Turn West on Front St. to 3rd St. Turn south on 3rd St to Sangamon St. Turn West on Sangamon St. to 4th St. Turn South on 4th St to Park St. Park St to 2nd St. Turn South on 2nd St. towards the community building.
5k Route
Begins at the Community building. North on 2nd St. to Front St. West on Front St. to 3rd St. South on 3rd St. to Sangamon St. North on Heritage Dr. to Avery Ave. South on Avery Ave to Sangamon St. South on Heritage Dr. to Robert Dr. West on Robert Dr to Jerin Dr. North on Jerin Dr. to Patterson Dr. South on Patterson Dr. to Lincoln St. Lincoln St to Northwest St. North on Northwest St. to Park St. East on Park St to 2nd St. South on 2nd St to the community building.
