5K Run or Walk: Adult (Ages 13 & Up)

Registration for ages 5 and over includes bib and timing chip, race t-shirt, parking and entry to post-race festival. Shipping is also included for participants who register by Thursday, August 21.

The 5K course for runners and walkers is timed and starts and finishes in the Camden Yards Sports Complex. The course is a mostly flat loop around M&T Bank Stadium and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Virtual Participant (All Ages)

Virtual participants can complete any distance they like while supporting organ, eye and tissue donation from wherever they are.

Registration for Virtual Participants includes a race t-shirt (see below).

Virtual participants registered on or before August 21, 2025 will receive their t-shirt before race day. Virtual participants who register after August 21, 2025 will receive their t-shirt after race day.
