The Bre Humble and Kind Foundation would like to again express our heartfelt gratitude for your generous support of the 2024 Chicken Run. Your donation of $5 enabled us to begin fulfilling our purpose. The funds we raised in 2024 were used to provide a scholarship to an education major attending PennWest University – Edinboro Campus, books for the Millcreek Education Foundation, and enhanced youth ministry experiences at Edinboro United Methodist Church. Our Foundation Board is aiming to make an even greater impact this year with your help!   
The Foundation is excited to announce the 2025 Chicken Run Event to be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at General McLane High School. This event celebrates the legacy of Breanna Lynn Elder, a General McLane and Edinboro University graduate, who was a compassionate Special Education teacher in the Millcreek School District.  Bre’s patience, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her students are qualities which continue to inspire us as we support future educators. 
The event includes a 5K run, 1-mile walk, kid’s fun run and fun zone, and a raffle auction. We would be grateful for your involvement in the event in either or both ways: 
Corporate Sponsorship: Your business will be recognized on all promotional materials, including the event t-shirts, for any donations of at least $100. 
Raffle Donations: contribute a gift basket, gift card, or an item to be included in the auction.
