Mighty Moose 5k Run/Walk for Ovarian Cancer

Three years ago my beautiful sister was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. On July 4, 2025, after an incredible fight, she died from this horrific disease. I'll never forget the day that her oncologist told us ovarian cancer is a "silent killer" as there is no screening currently available. This is why I am supporting Dr. Elias and his incredibly important research.

I've signed up to support the 8th annual Mighty Moose 5k and raise money for Ovarian Cancer Prevention. These funds are critically important to support ovarian cancer research! The MiDe Study is led by Dr. Kevin Elias who is a gynecologic oncologist and surgeon-scientist. Dr. Elias and his team of researchers have identified a groundbreaking new process to detect ovarian cancer at its earliest stages. The initial results of Dr. Elias’ research are incredibly promising!
