Hands Across The Water is an Ann Arbor-based child welfare agency that has been serving children and families since 1999. HATW provides services including foster care, kinship care, international and waiting child adoption, family support and behavioral health services. Our team is dedicated to supporting all families, and our agency has been recognized by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation for supporting and serving LGBTQ+ youth and families since 2011.
