Description
Trailstrong Running offers a year-round community coached running group focused on the Run/Walk/Run method in Olympia, WA. We run 3 days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays & Saturdays (location provided after signup). We are a no-drop group encouraging walkers, early learning run/walk/run, and seasoned R/W/R athletes to join. Our usual pace is for R/W/R folks is 12-15min/mile. Our runs focus on 3'ish miles M/W and longer distances as desired on Saturdays depending on personalized goals.
