KC Endurance Spring/Summer Training
10 Weeks of Training for the runner looking to build on some fitness going into Fall training.
- Training Schedule through Training Peaks to keep you on track
- A group to meet with every Saturday morning at 7:00 AM in various locations around the Kansas City area (A calendar of locations will be supplied after sign-up).
- Wednesday night workouts at Roe Park will start at 6:00 PM.
- All abilities from beginner to advanced are encouraged to join!
- Each new runner will fill out a short questionnaire on goals, training history, injury history and discuss with the coach how their training plan will be implemented.

Description
KC Endurance Spring/Summer Training is for ALL abilities of runners looking to improve on their running fitness. We work on building mileage slowly, while incorporating some progressive intensity to the training plan. The goal is to have runners ready for their upcoming Fall, but also have a little fun while getting fitter!
All new runners will fill out a short questionnaire on their training background and schedule a phone call with the coach to find the route of training that best suits them.
