Sport Psychology Consultations and Workshops for individuals and groups to help improve and strengthen mental fitness while performing on the playing field, in the classroom, on the stage, in the workplace, and/or in daily life.
Private Distance Running Coaching for individuals and groups to help improve and strengthen athletic fitness, particularly endurance in running and other sport arenas.

Mental Fitness Training - Single Session
Single Sport Pyschology Consultation Sessions.
Single sessions do not include a Performance Enhancement Plan (PEP) which is a mental training plan document that Dr. Stouse develops with a client.
