Track and Field season has begun!
*** If you are not part of our LRHS T&F team on the SportsYou app, please request to be added as that is where all team and parent communication will happen. ***
ELIGIBILITY: You must complete online athletic clearance and insurance before you may practice or participate in any conditioning with us. If you participated in another sport during the 2023-24 school year, you should be all set but it is your responsibility to make sure you are cleared. Please see the Paperwork tab for complete details.
PRACTICE: The schedule and location may vary by event group, but generally you will meet at the track directly after school. Stadium restrooms are available for dressing out into your running clothes and shoes.
General practice schedule will be Monday-Friday 2:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. and Saturday mornings.
COMMUNICATION: We need every athlete and at least one parent per athlete to "Sign Up" on this site. It is free to sign up. We will use these emails to communicate important team information to you regarding meet schedules, travel, home meet volunteers, and the awards banquet. It is very important that we are able to keep you updated so please sign up by adding the athlete and as many parents as you would like (up to 6) per family membership to receive team updates. Thank you.

Athletes, parents, fans, or anyone who would like to purchase shirts and hats to show your support, you may order products from our track and field online store. When we get closer to the start of the season we will also offer some additional items as a pre-order for a limited time. Once the pre-orders close, our gear printer will fulfill the order within 2-3 weeks and we will deliver the items to you at practice. Other items in our store that are not on pre-order are only available while supplies last.

Distance/Mid Distance Runners
Please sign up as a family - add the athlete's name and email plus at least one parent's name and email. This is how we will communicate important information about meets, travel, home meet volunteers, and the awards banquet. You may add more than one parent to receive our important team emails, but please add at least one parent and the athlete.
Parents - we also need an emergency contact number for your athlete. We hope to never have to use it, but it's better to have it than not.
This is for the middle distance and distance runners - 800m, 1600m, 3200m, 4x800.

Sprints, Hurdles, and Jumps

This is for the sprints, jumps, hurdles group - 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100, 4x400, hurdles, and jumps.
